I started my career as a carer, after spending my childhood watching my parents working in various care homes and seeing the difference this made to people's lives, care is quite literally in my genes!

As soon as I left school, I knew this was what I wanted to do and I worked as a carer for 4 years, before changing roles in my previous care home to Activities coordinator.

I continued in this role and then joined the incredible team at Baycroft as a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Co-ordinator, where I was mostly responsible for organising and hosting our weekly activities programme.

I have recently started an exciting new position within Baycroft, as a regional customer relations assistant and have been enjoying exploring my new role and furthering my skills.
