My name is Lianne Parkin and I am the general manager at Great Baddow.

I have worked in the care industry for around 20 years. I started as a care assistant and very quickly realised I had a great passion for ensuring people were cared for and providing a personalised service to them to ensure their needs were met.

I then progressed to become a senior and moved into a management role around 8 years ago.

I have always enjoyed my role very much and have now worked in many different areas of the social care sector which has given me great experience. I enjoy leading a team and providing a positive influence to the team members around me and the residents in my care.

Resident happiness and safety are always at the heart of everything I do.

HOMELY & ELEGANT

We understand how important a beautifully designed living space is to your happiness. The décor is therefore finished to a high standard, with every detail carefully considered for your comfort and individual needs.

The ground floor consists of 10 Suites and 22 Premium Deluxe rooms, each with their own beautifully designed outdoor space. The second floor comprises of a further 32 Premium rooms. All rooms come equipped with superb wet room-style en suite bathrooms.

CONDUCIVE FOR CARE

You will have access to 24-hour personalised nursing and dementia care. We will also provide respite care as well as specialist care for conditions such as Parkinsons, stroke rehabilitation and intermediate reablement for those not quite able to return home following a stay in hospital.
